Commissioner Larry Jarboe Plays some Sets with the Band and Tells the Folks we Need to Hold the Line on Taxes
This Friday evening at Evans Seafood, the Town Hall Alliance met with folks to listen as to what was on their minds and what the Town Hall Alliance can do to help. Great food was enjoyed by all and we enjoyed seeing Commissioner Larry Jarboe do some sets with the band. We also saw Commissioner President Jack Russell at Evans. Guess the word got out that Larry was going to play in the Band and tell how the Line on Taxes needs to be Held. The Alliance received a warm welcome at Evans.

What is the name of Joe's new band?
I got a giggle when Commissioner Jarboe said to the crowd that not to blame him for Higher Taxes, but to blame Commissioner President Jack Russell who voted to raise taxes. Of course Jack did not get up and respond. Jack was even invited to do a set with the band, but he decided to bail.
Rum Runners is the name of the band. As conservatives, we get blamed for lot's of things. You have to point your finger at the "tax and spend" crew for higher taxes. The "spend less, tax less" crew will run a tighter ship.
