It is well known that rezoning property for no apparent reason is done for one purpose and only one purpose, to put money into the pockets of one or two people.  Industrial property is worth a lot more money than rural zoned property.  I urge everyone in the Hillville  to ask the County commissioners these questions, first and most important what is the intentions for this rezone on 620 acres. Who wants to build and what do they want to build. Second ask the question who are the all of the interested parties involved. Then ask why this process was conducted outside the normal and acceptable procedure and practice. Do not settle for a political answer, and insist on the simple truth. Finally ask why an updated impact study has not been completed. Thank you..
